We have arranged with our contact lens supplier for our patients to be able to purchase directly from them. This enables us to indirectly sell lenses for less than what we charge in the office and to be competitive with most online sellers.
It is important that you understand how this process works, and so we ask that you read the remainder of this information.
- When you connect to the web store you will be asked to log in, or create an account for yourself for this site.
- BEFORE you order lenses please click on the link for Terms and Conditions that appears at the bottom of the web-store home page.
- Once logged in, you can order your lenses.
- If need be, your prescription will be electronically verified with us.
- Once you place your order, it will be processed and mailed directly to you by our supplier's warehouse.
- Should you change your mind about the order, please forward the order number and all information to us as quickly as possible.
- If the company can be notified prior to the order being shipped, we may be able to cancel the order.
- Should you change your mind after the item has been shipped, there may be a restocking fee applied to the order. Understand that this order is being processed by a large company, which is why you can purchase lenses at a discount - any restocking fee charged is to the company and not to us. As such, we can not waive the restocking fee. If you want to return all or part of the order, please send or bring it into the office along with any paperwork you have. We can process the return for you. We will arrange the refund for you, though return of funds may take a few days, based on timing of the return and our ability to reach the contact lens company. There may be an additional postage charge to return the lenses.
- ********OVERNIGHT SHIPPING********** Please note that "Overnight Shipping" according to the distributor, refers to the way the package is mailed. HOWEVER, it is important that you understand that the order processing time (up to 36 hours) is NOT taken into account. Also the processing time starts on the first business day following the order. If you are ordering a special lens - such as a TORIC or ASTIGMATIC lens - processing time MAY be affected by lens availability.
