Pavonia Surgery Center, Inc. is located on the 4th floor of our Jersey City building at 600 Pavonia Avenue. Pavonia Surgery Center, Inc. opened in April of 1992. We are a single room private ambulatory surgical facility. We are state inspected and approved for procedures in Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Pain Management and Orthopedics.

Upon arrival at our surgical suite, our professional and caring staff will assist you with the registration process. Scheduling is done to minimize waiting times as much as possible. Our Director of Nursing, Arlene Maravilla, RN will likely speak to you prior to your arrival at our center, giving you final instructions and confirming your arrival times.

Pavonia Surgery Center, Inc. participates in many of the health plans available in northern New Jersey. We will do our best to assist you with any billing issues or questions you may have. Please remember to bring your insurance card(s) with you to the center, along with any appropriate referral forms. VERY IMPORTANT - Should your insurance change between the time you schedule your surgery and your surgery date - PLEASE BE SURE TO INFORM US! Some insurance companies require pre-approval.
